This Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of the parties regarding the use of the Site and binds both parties to fulfill these obligations correctly, completely, and within the specified time.

1. Responsibilities

• The Company reserves the right to change the prices and services provided at any time.

• The Company agrees to ensure the availability of services except during technical failures.

• Users agree not to perform reverse engineering or any activity aimed at discovering or obtaining the source code. Legal and criminal proceedings may be initiated if such actions are taken.

• Users shall not produce or share content that is immoral, illegal, infringing on third-party rights, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, or encourages unlawful activity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

• Users are solely responsible for interactions with other users or third parties.

• Any attempt to defame the "Sof7" brand on third-party platforms is prohibited. Such behavior may result in license cancellation and loss of support and updates.

2. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on the site belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected under national and international law.

• Information on the Site may not be copied, published, reproduced, or transferred in any form without written permission.

3. Confidentiality

• The Company will not disclose user-provided personal data to third parties except when legally required.

• Users agree that their contact details and demographics may be shared with affiliates for promotional purposes.

• Personal information may only be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Registration and Security

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information. Inaccurate information may lead to account termination.

• Users are responsible for the security of their account credentials and are liable for any resulting damage.

6. Force Majeure

Events such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure failures, and power outages shall be considered force majeure. During such events, neither party shall be held liable for the failure to fulfill contractual obligations.

7. Entire Agreement

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time by posting updates on the Site. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Notices

All notifications regarding this Agreement shall be sent via email to the addresses provided during registration.

10. Evidence Agreement

In the event of disputes, all electronic records and communications shall be accepted as valid evidence under the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

11. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Mersin (Central).

Privacy & Security Policy

• Credit card data is not stored in our system. All transactions are encrypted via 128-bit SSL.

• Verification processes may be applied to first-time orders.

• User information is kept secure and cannot be accessed or changed by others unless login credentials are shared.

• Cookies are used to improve user experience and track usage behavior anonymously.

Return & License Policy:

1. All files are delivered securely. After downloading, users are responsible for file security.

2. Redistribution or commercial use of paid files is prohibited. Violations may result in license cancellation and legal action.

3. No customization will be made unless required to fix a blocking error.

4. Licenses are non-transferable. A new license must be purchased for different domains.

5. No refunds are given after download, as files are transparently delivered.
